The promotional code would be sent, via email, to Eligible Customers upon successful newsletter registration. BUNDLE PROMOTION
(1) Promotional Period: The Promotional Period is from 1 July, 2025 until further notice. (2) Designated Store in respect of this Promotion: Theory Online Store at hk.theory.com, tw.theory.com, sg.theory.com and au.theory.com (collectively “Theory Online Stores”). (3) How to enjoy this Promotion: During the Promotional Period, all customers can enjoy an additional discount upon purchasing, as the case maybe, 2 or 3 items of the same style (as may be designated by Theory from time to time) in any size or color (collectively the “Designated Items”) in one single transaction at Theory Online Stores (collectively the “Discount”). The Designated items, and the number of Designated Items required to be purchased to unlock the Discount, will be specifically marked on Theory Online Stores. Customers are required to add the Designated Items into bag to unlock the amount of the Discount. The Discount will automatically apply at checkout. (4) General Terms and Conditions: The Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional offers and coupons (including but not limited to Theory VIP discounts/Theory VIP Birthday discounts, Credit Card Year-Round Discount and Theory CRM Coupons). (2) Designated Store in respect of this Promotion: Theory Online Store at hk.theory.com, tw.theory.com, sg.theory.com and au.theory.com (collectively “Theory Online Stores”). (3) How to enjoy this Promotion: During the Promotional Period, all customers can enjoy an extra 10% discount (the “Discount ”) on discounted items (to be selected/designated by Theory at its discretion) (the “Discounted Items”) upon the purchase of two discounted items (the “Purchase Threshold”), in one single transaction at any Theory Online Stores. The Discount will automatically apply at checkout. (4) General Terms and Conditions: The Discount only applies to the Discounted Items. (1) Promotional Period: The Promotional Period is from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (both days inclusive). (2) Designated Store in respect of this Promotion: Theory Online Store at hk.theory.com, tw.theory.com, sg.theory.com and au.theory.com (collectively “Theory Online Stores”). (3) How to enjoy this Promotion: During the Promotional Period, all customers can enjoy 25% off (the “Discount”) upon the purchase of two regular-priced Kelso items in one single transaction at any Theory Online Stores. The discount applies to regular-priced items only, and does not apply to any other products. The Discount will automatically apply at checkout. (4) General Terms and Conditions: This promotion only applies to regular-priced items, and does not apply to Bundles and discounted products. The Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional offers and coupons (including but not limited to Theory VIP discounts/Theory VIP Birthday discounts, Credit Card Year-Round Discount and Theory CRM Coupons). The Discount cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash or any other gifts or coupons. This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with Theory staff discount. LIMITED TIME SUITING OFFER
(1) Promotional Period: The Promotional Period is from 7 August 2026 to 23 August 2026 (both days inclusive). (2) Designated Store in respect of this Promotion: (i) Theory Online Store at hk.theory.com, tw.theory.com, sg.theory.com and au.theory.com (collectively “Theory Online Stores”). (ii) Theory Stores at Pacific Place, ifc mall, Lee Garden Two, Harbour City, New Town Plaza, Cityplaza (collectively “Theory Physical Stores”, together with Theory Online Stores, the “Theory Stores”). (3) How to enjoy this Promotion: During the Promotional Period, all customers can enjoy an extra 20% discount (the “Discount”) on selected items of Jacket, Pants and Dress (the “Suiting Items”) upon the purchase of at least two items of Jacket, Pants and Dress (the “Purchase Threshold”), in one single transaction at any Theory Stores. The Discount will automatically apply at checkout. For the avoidance of doubt, the purchase of a set of Pants Bundles shall be counted as the purchase of one item only within the Purchase Threshold. The sets of Bundles in other categories are not counted in this promotion. (4) General Terms and Conditions: The Discount only applies to the Selected Suiting Items, and does not apply to any other items and discounted items (including but not limited to regular priced items and Bundles).
