Return and Exchange Policy

au.theory.com will accept return or exchange of merchandise in its original and unused condition, provided that all tags are intact within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise purchased as SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless there is product quality problem, all products are only allowed to be exchanged or returned once per each transaction.

Return Instructions

Domestic

Please contact our customer service officer at customerservicehk@theory.com for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt along with your order confirmation number and a copy of completed return form. Our designated courier will be arranged to collect your items at your agreed time. If you arrange a return by non-designated courier, we will not be held accountable to any damage or loss of your returned items.

Returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.
Refunds should appear on your account within 10 business days after processing.
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

International

Please contact our customer service officer at customerservicehk@theory.com for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt along with your order confirmation number and a copy of completed return form. All duties, taxes and shipping paid is non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. SALE Items

All SALE items are not eligible for exchange or refund, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.

Return to Theory Retail Store

Online order returns will not be accepted at any of our physical store locations.

Items Purchased at Other Locations

Items purchased at retail stores, department stores or any other store selling Theory merchandise cannot be returned to au.theory.com.
